Our organization, Honatrix Nig Ltd commenced operation in June 2016. It was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission with certificate number RC 1242021 dated 12 February 2015. Honatrix Nig. Ltd. is a real Estate Development Company, established to carry on the business of general contracts, civil engineering and building construction, and investment in real estate.

OUR TEAM
Ajumuka Henry
Henry is the managing director and also a versatile Civil engineer in the outfit.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng) , from the University of Benin, Benin City and has various certifications in project management and occupational health and safety. He has been very active in the civil engineering construction industry and building technology, with specialty in real estate development. He started his carrier in 2010 with Extreme Engineering Ltd (NDDC Contractors) as an IT staff. He has worked in the property department of Jubilee Mortgage Bank, Portharcourt branch where he participated in the development of Whispering Palms Estate and Glory Land Estate. He has participated in the development of residential properties in Lagos while working as resident engineer with Tripple A Consults. He later joined CFL Group also in Lagos as a project engineer, where he managed the construction of shopping plaza/malls on Lagos mainland and Lekki area of Lagos state.
Franca Mike-Anammah
Franca Mike- Anammah is a director, a graduate of Business Administration from Enugu State, University, seasoned banker of 10 years experience. She started her Banking career as a teller in the then Citizens Bank, which metamorphosed to spring bank, then Enterprise Bank. She left to Standard Chartered Bank to head teller services, before moving to Client service management. Franca is very versatile in relationship management, business, operational management and also the director of FrancVic Properties and a senior consultant to PWAN Properties Nig. Ltd.
Marcel Nweze
Marcel Nweze is a director and principally a marketing and Business development strategist, with great interest in sales, relationship management and customer service expert. He holds a Barchelor's degree in politial science from Anambra State Univeristy, Nigeria. He is also an Associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He has over 15 years marketing experience cut across both financial and real estate industries in Nigeria which includes Bank PHB Plc, Sterling Bank Plc, woobs Resources Limited and CFL Group as a property consultant and sales strategist. Marcel is currently the director of Sales and Marketing unit of Honatrix Nig. Ltd
Alex Inyang
Mr Alex holds a bachelor degree in marketing from Federal University of Agriculture, Umudike Abia State. He is a member National Institute of Marketing and Nigerian Institute of Management. He possesses 12 years experience marketing and real estate consultancy in organizations such as Kisten Turner consulting, Melium Nig. Ltd and also one of the pioneers of Tolet.com.ng now known as propertypro.ng. Mr Alex is also in charge of sales department and management of external realtors and freelance marketers for Honatrix Nig. Ltd.
Barr. Okoye Echezona(Associate Member)
ECHEZONA B. OKOYE, ESQ. is a Legal Practitioner by virtue of his Call to the Nigerian Bar. He holds LL.B from the prestigious prestigious University University of Nigeria Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) and BL (Barrister (Barrister at Law). He is also a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) holder in Political Science from the prestigious Anambra State University Uli (ANSU). He is a Chartered Arbitrator and Mediator (CM.Arb) and a Dispute Resolution Specialist (DRS). ECHEZONA ECHEZONA B.
